- LanguageFront desk and coordination staff work in English, Chinese and Japanese. Dr. Lee gives basic guidance in English directly, and detailed clinical explanation is handled with the coordinator present. The clinic maintains separate messaging channels for each market rather than routing everything through one line.
- PaymentOverseas Visa and Mastercard are accepted, as is Apple Pay. Documentation is issued on request.
Korea's medical tax refund scheme for foreign patients has ended and no tax refund is available.
